Cruising Altitude
The moon sparkles off the wing tip of our
Alaska Airlines Jetliner
as we make our way from Juneau to Anchorage.
Another jetliner zips on by, seemingly a tad
bit close in the same airway corridor.

Prime
Territory
I am only some 15-20' away from these birds in
their territory, they had no fear of me.
These birds frequent a lake some four miles
away from this site to preen daily, and if I approach only
a few hundred feet away while they are in the
lake, they will take to the air, but will return to the lake
once they do not detect movement, or a threat.
It really is a Birders Paradise,
here at St. George.
