Seal Pups Smooch
Marcus Valdez arrived here several weeks ago, and fell in love with the diverse wildlife, and St. George Island. He managed to capture this photo of these North American Fur Seal Pups in tide waters. The pups often congregate in great numbers along the shoreline in September, playfully, and curiously exploring their new home. |

North American Fur Seals
This fur seal calmly tends to his fur as a wave begins to form in the background. Sprigs of white water splash into the frame, yet as another seal naps in the evening sun to the right. A unique photo here, as you can see a forming wave above....or you can view it as an ominous deep blue sky. |
